As we all know that PayPal is the more convenient way for online transaction.
We Bangladeshis are suffering a lot in the absence of PayPal in our country. Most of us do not have an intentional credit card and we even can’t afford it. Again as PayPal is absent here so we can not get payment from lot’s of online affiliates. Even we face difficulties when we try to buy domain and hosting like Justhost or Hostgator. We have no options. We have to go to the Bangladeshi resellers and you should know that I lost two of my sites while they were in the hosting of a Bangladeshi resellers.
I am a Bangladeshi too – so please don’t get angry. I am not telling that all of them are bad. But I don’t want to take risk anymore. So I transferred my domain to namecheap. Now I am happy and risk free. The few Bangladeshi resellers are taking too much charges and the quality is also poor.
So, how I have done that- Buying a Hostgator hosting and domain from namecheap? That is with my own PayPal account. Here is how I did it!
I have opened a PayPal account and verified it with my Payoneer debit Master Card. Offcourse I have to pay some charges like around 3 dollar (I don’t know why). But now I can buy things and receive payment with it. So those who have Payoneer card can open a PayPal account and verify it even from Bangladesh. The steps are pretty simple.
How to do it
01. Apply for a Payoneer card. If you are a freelancer at oDesk or Elance, affiliated with the companies that support Payoneer as their payment method then this thing will get easy. Even if you are a blogger and using ads from infolinks or textlinkads you can apply for the card easily inside from your account.
02. Once you have the card now you’ll need some money loaded into it. As mentioned earlier- if you are a freelancer than you can earn some money and load it into your payoneer card.
03. Before opening a PayPal account you must know that you can’t add Bangladesh as your country. So, you’ll need someone who lives in any of the PayPal accepted country. It’s better if he/she is your relative. Ask them if they can help you in this regard. Open a PayPal account in your name and with your e-mail address, but for physical address or location use their address and country. PayPal may (I know they will) send papers for approval in that address. Tell them to forward those in your address.
04. Now add your payoneer debit master card in your PayPal. Verify it as instructed there. Don’t forget to have at least $5 balance in the card. Once you have it verified you can spend money with your PayPal. The amount will be cut from you Payoneer card.
But wait, there are more to go. You can spend money with your newly activated paypal account but you can’t receive money with that account. There is another step to achieve that too.
05. In this step- you should apply to payoneer for a virtual US bank account. If you have a good transaction they will provide you with a US bank account number and routing number in your name. Now- use this account to add a bank account in the paypal. Verify the bank account also as instructed in the PayPal.
Once it is verified you are good to go with receiving money too. So- theses are the steps you need to follow to get a PayPal account from Bangladesh.

PayPal is not supported by our country so you can’t open one from here. If you do so then after sometime it might get close. So why take risk? You can take help from your friends or relatives who are in the PayPal accepted country. They may help you to open one for you and after that you can attach your Payoneer card in it from BD. And then you can use it from here.
I have a verified paypal account with $100. I also have a Odesk Payoneer master card.
So, What you are saying is I can withdraw the $100 to my Odesk Payoneer mastercard by just linking the credit card to my paypal account.
Does paypal allow that?
NO, You can only withdraw your money in Visa card or Bank account, as far as I know. You can’t get that on Payoneer card.
If you want to withdraw the money:-
01. You can sell that amount. People are always ready to buy PayPal money from BD.
02. Or you can contact the PayPalbd.com. they will help you to get the money.
And I have heard that it is very soon PayPal is going to give services in BD, I am waiting for that.
I doubt paypal will come to BD any time soon due to issues with the goverment policy om remmitance and money being transffered outside of Bangladash. But having my own verified Paypal and paypal card( yes i live in BD, Dhanmondi) I am happy to purchase anyones paypal ballance so that they may access their funds they have earned. Just email me. I won’t tell you about any illegal ways. Bcz you will get caught. You can use moneybookers and payoneer. That’s good and fast way of getting payment. And if you can try to avoid receiving money with paypal from Bangladesh.
If you have a paypal account then your payoneer card can be used to verify that. But please make someone in the paypal accepted country to open it for you. So you will have a real address. And I don’t think it is a problem to use paypal from Bangladesh. Once you have an verified one you can use it from anywhere.

There is no special process. Just tell them to open a paypal account and verify that with their UK address. After that told them to deliver the username and password to you. So you will be the owner of a verified paypal account.

Sure you can add your own debit card (must have to be international), that will be your primary source of funding. So you don’t have to worry about bank balance.

I haven’t done the changing of paypal bank account yet. You might have to contact with the PayPal for that. because a bank account is an identity.
Getting payoneer to Rajshahi shouldn’t be a problem. Just make sure that you are under city corporation address.

Use some address under city corporation area. Payoneer need house and street address to be delivered. And “there is no Payoneer in rajshahi” what does it mean? Payoneer works country wise not the internal division wise.
Bank account is needed to be add in the PayPal if you want to receive money with PayPal. Otherwise only with debit card you can verify the PayPal account. Do a quick Google search to get a verified PayPal account from BD. It might cost you some Money but you can get one

Are you in USA or BD? I told all not to open PayPal account as USA residence. You have to submit so many things and there is also address verification for USA residents.
If you got a int. MasterCard and USA bank account try to verify it with those.

You can’t use your PayPal money if it is unverified. Actually you might not be able to send money to your account if it is not verified. verify it with your oDesk payoneer card and withdraw the money in Payoneer. After that you can use your paypal. But, obviously if you have a bank account connected with your paypal you can withdraw the money.

You can open the PayPal account by his name no problem in that. I mean as long as you are getting support from him. But remember, nothing is going to be in your name in that case. Yes, You can log-in from BD. There is no problem to log-in from any country. But you can’t use the PayPal app for ios or android from BD. Browser based login is good.
